The Sterling Forest Project
The Sterling Forest project consists of 5,300 sq. ft. of radiant snow melt under decorative concrete pavers and bluestone. The system is fed by a high-efficiency, condensing gas boiler. It features fully automatic controls for efficiency and convenience.
Midwood Driveway
This project in Westchester County, NY, is a 5,000 sq. ft. blacktop driveway connecting a main house with a guest cottage. It solved the difficulty of plowing with limited space for snow piles and will increase the life of the blacktop. Pictured here is the installed tubing. This is the first zone of a two-zone system.
Midwood Terrace
This is the second snow melt zone in the system above in Westchester County, NY. It consists of 3,500 sq. ft. of patio with radiant snowmelt. This photo shows the snowmelt tubing.
Moonhaw Terrace
This radiant snowmelt system in Ulster County, NY, consists of 3,500 sq. ft. of patio, including six sets of stairs from the house to the patio.
Center for Discovery
This project in Sullivan County, NY, consists of over 10,000 sq. ft. of snowmelt under pathways connecting multiple school buildings. It is at a school where the children have physical disabilities. For the safety of the children, the system is designed not to allow any snow accumulation at all.
